OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE

YOUR ODDS OF WINNING COMPARED TO FREE ENTRY.

1. SPONSOR

The Deep End Fitness Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Deep End Fitness LLC, 23807

Aliso Creek Rd Suite 100 Laguna Niguel, CA 92677 (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are

eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and their immediate family members or

household members are not eligible.

3. PROMOTION PERIODThe Promotion begins on January 12th at 12:00:01 AM PT and ends on February 28, 2026 at

11:59:59 PM PT. Sponsor’s server is the official timekeeping device.

4. HOW TO ENTER

A. Purchase Entry

During the Promotion Period, each eligible purchase of an item from Sponsor’s website will

automatically generate one (1) entry into the Promotion. Each item purchased equals one entry.

There is no limit to the number of purchase entries.

A purchase is not required to enter or win.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) — Free Entry

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address,

phone number, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Each properly completed mail-in entry counts as one (1) entry. There is no limit to the number

of free entries per person, provided each entry is mailed separately and complies with these

Official Rules.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by February 28, 2026 and received by March 3, 2026.

5. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible purchase and non-purchase entries

received during the Promotion Period.

6. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive the DEF Giveaway, with a maximum retail value of $3,000.

The prize is non-transferable. No substitution except at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about March 5th,

2026. The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided.

If the potential winner fails to respond or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be

selected.

8. TAXES

The winner is responsible for all applicable fees and taxes. Sponsor may issue IRS Form

1099-MISC if required by law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or

violates these Official Rules. Sponsor may modify or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical

failure, or other factors compromise integrity.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or technical issues beyond its

reasonable control.11. GOVERNING LAW

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California.

12. WINNERS LIST

Winner’s first name, last initial, and state will be provided upon request. To request please send

a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address above within sixty (60) days of the

drawing to receive.
