founded by U.S. Military special operatORs

Deep End Fitness is a Veteran-founded company that’s making major waves in the swim, fitness, and military communities.

Founders Prime Hall and Don Tran met in 2009 when they were both preparing for the Special Operation Assessment Selection.

They quickly became close friends and spent a lot of time training to increase their water skills and water confidence.

Together they developed a unique hybrid approach that encompassed the pool, lifting and functional fitness, and most importantly - mindset training and how to navigate adversity and stay calm under pressure.

Both successfully went on to become Special Operation Marine Raiders, Marine Corps Water Survival Instructors, and they’ve successfully helped thousands of people and service members around the globe take their fitness, health, performance, and mindset to the next level.

In addition to Deep End Fitness, Don and Prime founded Operation Resilience, a nonprofit that provides support, mentorship, and healing to the Military, Veteran, and First Responder Community.
