An introDuCtory demonstration to expose individuals to Deep End Fitness (DEF) and the application of water-based training in a low impact, mentally focused environment.

Launch will cover: 

- Mindset and breath work

- DEF Movcements & water-based training exercises

- Stress Management

LOCAL START TIME: 10:00AM

You'll need to bring a towel, a pair of goggles, and swimwear.
