Meet the Team

  • Nathalie Rinck,

    DEF Instructor, L2 Crossfit Trainer, PN1 Trainer

    Nathalie has been passionate about being in the water, and especially underwater, from an early age.

    As a L2 Crossfit trainer, Nathalie has been coaching Crossfit classes for 8 years. This gained her lots of experience working with athletes of all levels and modifying movements to every need. She is used to coordinating big classes and designing programming that suits everyone’s needs. By being part of multiple successful fitness operations, Nathalie knows the importance of building and maintaining a healthy community.

    When Nathalie found Deep End Fitness, it seemed like a gift to have the opportunity to connect both of her passions and be able to share this experience with as many people as possible. It has become

    Nathalie’s mission to help people discover their full potential, in and outside of the water, by stepping out of their comfort zone and trying new things, they never thought possible.

    It is her own mission to dedicate her efforts to continue her education as best as possible to provide the best experience to all athletes she gets to work with.

    When not in the pool or in the gym, you can find Nathalie in the kitchen cooking delicious food ormaking pies, or outside in nature with her two huskies and her boyfriend.

  • Angelo Barboutis

    CF-L2 Trainer, Lifeguard Certified, CPR Certified

    Angelo is a student and teacher of breath work for managing stress responses, pain, and conquering self-limiting beliefs. He also practices Yoga and meditation.

    His passion and goal in life is to incorporate and share all his knowledge to help people in their day-to-day lives overcome adversity and take back control of their minds and lives. Angelo keeps an open mind to constantly learning new things that may be beneficial to himself and his students. Deep End Fitness has become just one of many tools in his arsenal to demonstrate his knowledge and share it with others.

  • Eddie Timmerman

    DEF Instructor, First Responder CPR/AED/First Aid certified

    Eddie has been around water his entire life. He began competitive swimming at the age of five. He continued competing through high school and at the collegiate level where he captained the Boston College men’s varsity team.

    Additionally, Eddie has almost 15 years of coaching, swimming lessons, and lifeguard experience. He has coached and taught athletes of all ages and skill levels. He can coordinate with groups of all sizes and modify his coaching style to best fit the needs of his athletes.

    Eddie believes that to improve yourself you must push yourself outside of your comfort zone and, “Get comfortable with being uncomfortable!” He is also a firm believer that the mental and physical benefits of aquatics training transfer over to everyday life. Eddie is excited to bring his experience to the DEF Boston coaching team to help people improve their fitness and confidence, in and out of the water.

  • Reina Romero

    DEF Instructor, CPR/AED/First Aid certified

    A lifelong swimmer, Reina found in Deep End Fitness an exciting challenge that increases resilience both in and out of the water. As a Deep End Fitness instructor, she enjoys helping athletes of all skill levels reach their goals by increasing water confidence and improving efficiency.
